A number of products are eligible for return. The return conditions vary with the type of product been purchased. Only products that offer returns on the product specification page are eligible for free returns. (Grocery and food items are not eligible for return).
For any household item including personalized mugs, if the delivered product is not of the design/print and/or the product is damaged or defected, you can bring this matter into our knowledge within 24 hours of receiving of product. We will not be responsible, otherwise.
For clothing and bedsheets, if the product is defected, worn/used or the design not chosen, let us know within 24 hours for an equal and correct exchange.
If you’re not satisfied with the received product, but still want to keep it anyways, you will have the benefit of it next time you shop with us, in the form of discounts or coupons.
Any product that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted whatsoever.
You’re eligible for a 100% refund if a product is returned in a 7 day window without been opened.
You will have a 50% refund if a product is returned after 7 days or is opened but not damaged or used.
You can avail a discount next time you shop with Grand Store, in case you’re not satisfied with a previously purchased product, but still kept it anyways.
A product can be exchanged with any product with a similar value, if:
- It is not used.
- It is not opened.
- It is not damaged.
- It is in its company dispatched form.
